Unclutter
your mind.
Lead clearly.
For leaders who have built success on the outside
and now sense something essential is missing within.
Our Philosophy
Why less
is the answer.
The Problem
Your head is full.
Your schedule is fuller.
Most leaders at the top of their game are running at a constant cognitive overload they’ve normalised. The noise — of decisions, obligations, unresolved conversations, competing identities — has become the background hum of everyday life. So familiar it’s invisible. So constant it’s exhausting.
The Insight
Clarity doesn't come
from adding more.
Every instinct in a high-performer’s toolkit says: find a better framework, a smarter system, a new model. Unclutter is built on the opposite premise. The path to clarity is subtraction — removing what is obscuring the signal, not adding more signal. Less, precisely applied, is the most powerful leadership move available.
The Practice
Inner work is
leadership work.
The quality of a leader’s decisions, relationships, and presence is inseparable from the quality of their internal landscape. Unclutter is premised on a single truth: you cannot lead people into clarity from a place of your own confusion. The inner work is not separate from the leadership. It is the foundation of it.
The Result
Lead from
genuine alignment.
What We Believe
The world doesn’t need more leaders who are efficient. It needs leaders who are clear. The difference is not a matter of tools or techniques. It is a matter of the quality of attention a leader brings to their own life — and by extension, to everything and everyone they lead.
Unclutter is built around a single, unfashionable conviction: that slowing down is the fastest route to genuine impact. That the willingness to sit in honest stillness — with your own contradictions, your inherited stories, your real values and your performed ones — is not a luxury for leaders who have time. It is the essential work of any leader who wants their impact to be real.
We work with people who have achieved a great deal. Who carry their achievements well. And who are ready — quietly, seriously — to stop performing success and start inhabiting it.
This is not therapy. It is not wellness. It is not a productivity system. It is a reckoning with who you are, done in the company of someone who has done it themselves — and built a practice from the other side of it.
"When you unclutter within, everything aligns outside."

Creativity & Clarity Coach · Founder, Shine With Sankar
Shubho Sankar Chatterjee arrived at coaching the way the best coaches do — through necessity. After nearly two decades as a senior leader across two of India’s most significant media conglomerates, he reached a moment that many CXOs recognise but rarely name: he had built a genuinely impressive career in a life that wasn’t entirely his own. The burnout was real. The reckoning that followed was more useful still.
That experience became the curriculum. Shubho pursued a Master of Arts in International Comparative Politics, Human Rights, and Media from the London School of Economics, graduating with merit. He returned to India with a different question — not how to lead more effectively, but how to lead more honestly. That question has shaped everything since.
Today, Shubho is the founder of Shine With Sankar — a transformational coaching platform working with founders, CXOs, and senior leaders across India. He is a Professor of Communications at one of India’s foremost liberal arts universities, where he develops the next generation of communicators and thinkers. And he is a sought-after voice-over artist whose voice has appeared in more than two thousand television commercials — a body of work that has made him deeply fluent in the art of presence, precision, and saying exactly what needs to be said and nothing more.
Unclutter is the synthesis of all of it. The lived experience of burnout and recovery. The academic rigour of LSE. The editorial discipline of broadcast media. The relational depth of a decade of coaching. Brought together in a single practice for leaders who are ready to do the work that actually changes things.

Our Principles
How we
Work
Everything at Unclutter is built around a set of principles that are not flexible. They are what distinguish this work from a coaching package, a wellness programme, or a leadership course.
These principles are lived in every session, every conversation, and every piece of work we put into the world.
01
Honesty before comfort.
We do not make the work easier than it needs to be. Genuine transformation requires genuine honesty — about where you are, what the clutter is, and what it has cost you. We create safety for that honesty. We do not create safety from it.
02
Subtraction over addition.
We do not give you more to carry. Every tool, every framework, every practice we introduce is in service of removing something — a layer of noise, an inherited belief, a performance that is costing more than it’s giving. Less is the method.
03
Presence over performance.
The most powerful thing a leader can bring to any room is genuine presence — not a curated version of themselves, but the real one. All of our work is oriented toward this: being unmistakably, usefully, sustainably yourself.
04
Practice over insight.
Insight is the beginning, not the outcome. Real change requires a structure that holds the insight in place when life gets loud again. We build that structure deliberately — daily, weekly, monthly — so that clarity becomes a practice, not an event.
05
Your work stays yours.
This is not a coaching programme with predetermined outcomes. The questions are ours. The answers are yours. We hold the space. The direction that emerges from it belongs entirely to you — and that is precisely what makes it real.
Let's have a
real conversation.
If something on this page has felt true — if the word 'clutter' landed in a way that surprised you — that's a good enough reason to reach out. No pitch, no pressure. Just a conversation.
